"With All Due Respect Mr. President" - In response to the Presidents Email to me...

In Summary, this was my response after recieving a Letter in my Email From: President Barack Obama president@messages.whitehouse.gov titled, "Time to roll up your sleeves", that you can find listed under my return Letter:

Mr. President,

We, The American people from every background, all across the country, have been serving, volunteering and participating in our country!
With all due respect, you are not suggesting anything new, except for, as it appears, distractions to forward your personal agenda under whispers!

We, The American people are very interested in why you are trying to "change the foundation" of our Great Nation into a weak socialist, non-American framework, that is very different from what the designers of the constitution have already laid out! Should we be concerned?!

We, The American people would like you to serve us within the boundaries of the Constitution that requires the President, as a public servant, to adhere to and not separate yourself from the structure and laws that you are required to follow under the Constitution. We appreciate it if you would not disfigure this authority under the guise of your own personal agenda and those around you!

This response was made based on concerns for the direction in which you are taking our country and to let you know that All Americans ( Independents, Democrats, Republicans, etc...) are becoming more and more aware of the purpose behind the "processes of change" that you are pushing into the mainstream, and the path that these changes will take our country. Not All Change Is Good Change....especially when considering it's origin and premises...

"Twitter me this"...In this day and age, State Run Media will not stand, due to technology, and will not be a deterrent for long, against the flow of Truth!

Her a few quotes from Abraham Lincoln, that I hope you will consider, as you inhabit his past surroundings and influences:

"What is conservatism? Is it not adherence to the old and tried, against the new and untried?"
Lincoln's Cooper Institute Address, February 27, 1860.

"At what point shall we expect the approach of danger? By what means shall we fortify against it? Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant, to step the Ocean, and crush us at a blow? Never! All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest; with a Buonaparte for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years. At what point, then, is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide. The Collected Works of Abraham Lincoln edited by Roy P. Basler, Volume I, "Address Before the Young Men's Lyceum of Springfield, Illinois (January 27, 1838), p. 109.

"We all declare for liberty; but in using the same word we do not all mean the same thing. With some the word liberty may mean for each man to do as he pleases with himself, and the product of his labor; while with others, the same word may mean for some men to do as they please with other men, and the product of other men's labor. Here are two, not only different, but incompatible things, called by the same name - liberty. And it follows that each of the things is, by the respective parties, called by two different and incompatible names - liberty and tyranny." The Collected Works of Abraham Lincoln edited by Roy P. Basler, Volume VII, "Address at Sanitary Fair, Baltimore, Maryland" (April 18, 1864), p. 301-302.

We, The American People have had our sleeves rolled up for some time now...Will you now "roll up your sleeves" in serving the United States of America and respecting the Constitution and our Christian Nation Under God ...that made it great, OR are we to become "United We Serve under You?!"

May God Bless you with His vision for this United States of America!

With All Due Respect,

An American Citizen

Dear Friend,

Last week, I announced United We Serve – a nationwide call to service challenging you and all Americans to volunteer this summer and be part of building a new foundation for America.

And when I say “all,” I mean everyone – young and old, from every background, all across the country. We need individuals, community organizations, corporations, foundations, and our government to be part of this effort.

Today, for the official kick off of United We Serve, members of my administration have fanned out across America to participate in service events and encourage all Americans to join them.

The First Lady is rolling up her sleeves and getting to work too. But before she headed out today, she asked me to share this message with you.

A Message From The First Lady

Our nation faces some of the greatest challenges it has in generations and we know it’s going to take a lot of hard work to get us back on track.

While Michelle and I are calling on every American to participate in United We Serve, the call to service doesn’t end this fall. We need to stay involved in our towns and communities for a long time to come. After all, America’s new foundation will be built one neighborhood at a time – and that starts with you.

Thank you,
President Barack Obama

I had no idea before I read the White House letter on "United We Serve" that they were sending out emails asking people to work harder! Sounds like Socialism to me! I agree with the response to the article that the President needs to roll up his sleeves stop trying to change the foundation of our Nation to what he wants! Thanks

Thank You Todd for your kind words! Your right ! I do love God through His Son Jesus and the Nation that was built using the Bible as the cornerstone for it's creation! like yourself, I believe that "The United States of America" is The Greatest Country on Earth because it was created on God's principles that The Founding Fathers felt, were so important to the origin of the Republic, that they were willing to put their lives on the line! A blog is the least that I can do... Thanks Again!
